Last we wrote about genre-bending black metallers Zeal & Ardor was when we checked out frontman Manuel Gagneux’s yacht-rock side-project Soft Captain. Thankfully, though, Manuel still has gut-wrenching music about the harrowing truth behind America’s thin veneer of niceness on his mind, as Zeal & Ardor have announced a North American tour for this fall.

The tour kicks off on 9/11 in NYC (damn, was that planned?), with support from eerie goth metallers Sylvaine and Eyes Wide Shut metallers Imperial Triumphant. Tickets go on sale this Thursday at 10am EST.
