In a new post on social media, Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose has taken a moment to express solidarity with the people of Ukraine and call out Russian president Vladimir Putin.

In a post on his social media accounts, Rose took a moment to thank his fans for showing so much support to Guns N’ Roses on their recent tour of Europe, and to thank Carrie Underwood for coming out and performing. He also makes a point of apologizing for the technical difficulties that he experienced on the tour.

Then, he takes a moment to express his sympathy with the Ukraine, writing:

“Their noble and horrifying fight for freedom against an increasingly totalitarian regime ran by a callous, lying, murderous little man with outdated ambitions and no regard for human life.”
